Domestic Shipping Policy

We Currently provide Shipping services Australia Wide Only

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2  business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days for standard shipping. For express shipping, you should expect your order within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 SujiSkin Shop uses Australia Post as our preferred shipment provider.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Click & Collect: Available for Darwin customers. Select 'Click and collect' during checkout, and we'll notify you via email once your order is ready. Orders should be collected with in 2 hrs of receiving the Email notification, In an unlikely event of delay ,customers should notify the changes in pickup time via our Email  info.sujiskin@protonmail.com  for order fulfilment. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

SUJI SKIN ships to business/residential address and PO boxes.

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will first receive an order confirmation email from suji skin.  Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.

 Damages

www.sujiskin.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please be aware you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
